		Meta House This multi-media arts center established by German Nico Mesterharm moved to its new address in 37 Sothearos Boulevard recently. It has a cool terrace bar with BBQ and drinks. 		Sharky Bar The biggest and most famous of Phnom Penh's bars. Set on the first floor of 126 Street 130, it offers a large balcony and many pool tables. Guaranteed to be lively. The place serves surprisingly good food, especially Texmex and Burgers. Open 4pm to 2am.

Though the busy BKK market is only just down the road, the place makes you feel as though you ve left the hustle and buslte of the citz.
