Description
Terres Rouges Lodge is the only « boutique hotel » in the whole province of Ratanakiri. Ideally situated on the edge of the Banlung lake, the Lodge is the combination of a Cambodian villa and luxurious bungalows in the middle of an exotic garden. Our lodge, which is the former residence of the governor of the province, combines the traditions of the past and the comfort you expect today. After long excursions, you will be able to dive in our pool, wander in our landscaped garden or rest in rooms that are superbly decorated.
Room features
The rooms, lounges and terraces are furnished and decorated with Cambodian antiques and objects manufactured by the twelve tribes of the province.
All the rooms are different in size and decoration, so that no stay can be similar to a previous one.
Standard Rooms:
On the ground floor of the main house are the most classical rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a view to the garden. Three more rooms can be found a bit further in the garden, by the pool, on the ground floor f the owners’ family house. They are meant for people looking for quietness.
Deluxe Rooms:
For the time being, Terres Rouges has only one Deluxe room. It’s a very big air conditioned room with two beds. Like the suites, it comes equipped with TV and a DVD player. It has a very nice view to the back of the garden and the orchids greenhouse. The bathroom is fairly big too and has a bathtub.
Suites:
The Lodge has seven suites, all airconditioned with TV and a DVD player. The « historical » suite is all wooden and sits at the very top of the main house offering a breathtaking view over the lake below. The other suites are slightly bigger and located in bungalows facing the lake. They have huge bathrooms with a balinese touch as they have an open air shower.
