This new built house (2010) is situated on a private land of 4000 sqm in the countryside of Siem Reap. Experience the calm and relaxing nature and authentic holidays near a local village with your hosts Frederic and Ty, far from the tourist stream of Siem Reap. The house (180 sqm) has a big living room and an open kitchen. The two bed rooms come both with ensuite bathrooms. There is a big pool and a big pond in the garden where you can fish your dinner after a sightseeing day at the temples. Cooked can be on your own or let the owners Frederic and Ty prepare a delicious Khmer dinner for you!
Distance to Siem Reap is 4km, a private Remork (Tuk Tuk) to town and back is offered complimentary. Following other services are included: airport transfer, security guard, free cleaning and laundry, breakfast.

Your hosts

Your lovely hosts Frederic (from Nantes, France) and Ty (from Phnom Penh, Cambodia) built this house together as an oasis and private retreat between down town Siem Reap and the lake of Tonle Sap.
They will take care of all your needs during your stay in Siem Reap, helping organizing trips, cooking, fishing, cleaning or taking you out for a drink. They overnight in a little bungalow behind the main house to guarantee for absolute privacy and service and security at the same time.
Frederic was born in 1972 and left France for Cambodia to complete his civil service during 2 years. During this time Frederic learns the Khmer language and falls in love with Cambodia. After returning to France he decided to move back to Cambodia beginning of 2005. In May of the same year he met his partner Ty, which was love at the first sight. In 2006 they moved to Siem Reap with the idea of creating a oasis for guests far from the tourist stream of Siem Reap.
